Roderick Zak is the visionary founder of Need to Read and a lifelong advocate for education, equity, and community empowerment. As Pastor of Rejoice in the Lord Ministries in Orlando, he has spent decades serving families through outreach, mentorship, and leadership development. 

A champion of literacy, Pastor Zak established Need to Read to combat low literacy in underserved communities and bridge the early learning gap. Under his leadership, the organization has donated 50,000+ books, created reading corners across Orange County, and supported thousands of families through literacy training.
